2000年 立命館大学経営学研究科修了(博士号:経営学)。立命館大経営学部助教授、英国Reading University客員研究員、独国RWTH Aachen University, School of Business and Economics博士研究員、仏国EHESS客員研究員を経て現職。現在の研究対象は、オープンイノベーション論をベースとした日米欧の技術イノベーション政策およびエコシステム形成プロセスの分析。
